An Atlantic Partnership ‘Healing the Rift’ conference was held in London on the 19th May 2003, bringing together leading Europeans and Americans to discuss the damage to the transatlantic relationship since Iraq. Notes from the meeting are included below. The discussions were extremely constructive and far ranging, and were widely covered by media especially by BBC’s Today Programme and Newsnight.
