Michael Howard, QC MP, Atlantic Partnership’s Founding Chairman and former Leader of the Conservative Party, was AP’s special guest at a dinner discussion of the current and future state of European-American relations. Sir Nigel Sheinwald KCMG, British Ambassador to the United States, hosted the event in Washington, DC.
