General Sir David Richards, Chief of the General Staff was AP’s special guest at a breakfast discussion of European-American relations. Lord Powell of Bayswater, Chairman of the Atlantic Partnership, hosted the event at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel in London.
