Comment: Passage of time does not lessen crimes of Karadzic

Time has fertilised the ground upon which Radovan Karadzic’s lies will fall. It is 15 years since the end of the Bosnian war. An entire generation has grown up in Europe which is only dimly aware of names such as Srebrenica, Foca, Gorazde; who cannot recall who did what to who and why in a three-way conflict that was poorly understood by many who were adults at the time.
