Georgia is substantially increasing its troop involvement in Iraq in an effort some analysts say is aimed at improving the country’s chances of joining NATO. However, the decision has prompted concerns at home about deploying more forces at a time when many contingents are reducing their sizes or withdrawing from Iraq altogether… more
